Hotel Seri Malaysia Alor Setar, Alor Setar

I recently stayed at this hotel for a couple of days with my family, and it was an average experience overall. The location was convenient, being close to the city yet in a quieter area, but the rooms were outdated and in need of upgrades. We faced several issues like a non-working fridge, a blurry TV, and a bathroom that had mold. Breakfast was below expectations, and the room service was quite slow. While it’s not the worst place I’ve stayed, it definitely fell short in a few key areas.
